Questions about the Healthcare Advisor service and suite of tools.
Can the Healthcare Advisor help me with a medical question?

The Healthcare Advisor does not provide medical advice on your specific health issue. Please do not send us your private medical information. Feel free to use the information from the website for discussions with your healthcare provider.

Should you have a general, non-medical question, please click on the "Contact Us" link to e-mail us your inquiry.

When will my subscription begin?

Following completion of the online subscription process, access to the Healthcare Advisor website will begin that day.

Will I be able to save information from the site?

The Healthcare Advisor does not currently allow a user to save a report. However, you can print each page to bring with you to your physician office visit.

Does the site take advertising from physicians, hospitals, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies or others?

No. The Healthcare Advisor's business model does not currently contemplate accepting any advertising.

Do you collect personally identifiable information?

No. The Healthcare Advisor does not collect any information that is personally identifiable.

How can I request maintenance?

If you would like to change your password, once you are a subscriber, click on the "My Preferences" tab. If you have any questions regarding subscribing to the service please click on "Contact Us" and a Subimo representative will get back to you within 48 hours.
